You can click here to take a look at it. I think when people see something like this tapestry they think it might look "grandma," so they back away from something like this. BUT, and there is a big BUT, you can make it look incredible and timeless when it's mixed with modern pieces. Most of this room is modern, but that one vintage tapestry keeps it from becoming too modern. When you travel too far in one direction (vintage or modern) you start to age your decor, and that's why mixing is so important. Mixing the different styles also gives us freedom to choose that "grandma" ottoman or tapestry or whatever it is because when we know that we will put a modern piece next to it, then it will never look like our great aunt's sweater or our grandfather's favorite blanket.
